GuildVault provides backup and restore tools for Discord servers you administer. You are responsible for having permission to copy that server’s structure. Do not upload data you are not allowed to store.

Backups are a copy of configuration, not a promise that Discord will accept every restore. Role hierarchy, missing permissions, and rate limits can cause partial restores. The product reports those failures.

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments crypto invoices. Yearly billing is the monthly price times ten. You can downgrade. We lock servers beyond the new limit and keep the data until you delete it or close the account.

We may suspend an account that uses the bot to disrupt servers, evade Discord’s terms, or attack the service. Deleting your account removes stored backups, schedules, and preferences associated with that user.

The service is provided as available. Discord can change APIs. We will update the bot, and a backup taken before a breaking change may not restore one-for-one.
