What each plan includes

Paying for a plan
Upgrade from Billing in your dashboard. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through a secure checkout page. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes, depending on the network.
Plans don't renew by themselves
Each payment covers one month or one year. When it runs out, your account goes back to Free. To keep your plan, pay again from the Billing page before the period ends.Changing or cancelling
- Upgrading takes effect right after payment.
- Going back to Free can be done any time from Billing.
- If you now have more servers than your plan allows, the extra servers are locked (the servers you backed up first stay active): their backups stay (within your plan's history limit), but you can't create new ones or edit their schedules until you upgrade or free up space.
- Automatic backups that your new plan doesn't include are paused.
How long backups are kept
Backups older than your plan's limit are deleted automatically — after 7 days on Free, 30 days on Basic and one year on Premium. When a server reaches its backup limit, automatic backups replace the oldest one so the newest copy is always there.
